Welcome to our Primary

The curriculum for BLS primary is a Hybrid one that carefully blends the Cambridge curriculum and National Council for Curriculum Assessment (NaCCA).

This increases each learner’s cognitive challenge and helps them to apply their learning independently in a range of contexts to achieve mastery and learning at greater depth.

Our Primary department has Key stage 1 and 2.

 Key Stage 1 – Year 1 – 2

Key Stage 2 – Year 3 – 6

We recognise that each learner is unique and therefore, through focus observation of each learner we strive to deepen our understanding of their uniqueness, so we     are better able to meet their needs.
